We welcome athletes ages 3–18.
From our Lil HAUS toddlers to our FORCE ONE high schoolers, every team is built to train girls at every level — with structure, purpose, and progression.
In addition to our core team training program, we also offer:
- Private lessons (by request)
- Performance choreography
- Specialty stunt + technique clinics
- Community performances
More opportunities may be added throughout the season based on interest and scheduling.
Practice is held twice a week, every Monday and Wednesday beginning August 25.
Ages 3–5: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Ages 6–18: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
We start on time, end on time, and make every minute count.
All practices take place at our temporary training location:
TownePlace Suites by Marriott – Forney, TX
Details will be provided in your welcome message after registration.
Until official practice sets arrive, all athletes must wear:
- PWRHAUS branded T-shirt
- Black shorts (or black tights as the weather cools)
- White cheer shoes
- Hair pulled back neatly — no jewelry
Uniformity matters. This dress code is required at every practice.

These items will be ordered on August 11. You’ll be notified when they are ready for pickup or delivery.
No. The full uniform package is separate and not included in your registration fee.
The package includes:

Uniform orders will begin in September. You’ll receive all order instructions and updates through the parent portal and the BAND app.
First practices begin Monday, August 25.
