PWRHAUS Store Policy

1. ORDER & PRODUCTION

  • Custom Made: All items are made to order. Each product is created specifically for you to ensure premium quality and accuracy.
  • Processing Time: Standard production is 10–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Extended Timeframes: During peak seasons, restocks, or for items with specialty materials, production may take longer.
  • Order Confirmation: Orders begin processing once payment has cleared and all custom details (size, personalization, etc.) are finalized.
  • Rush Orders: Rush production may be available upon request and approval, depending on inventory and schedule capacity. Additional fees may apply.


2. PERSONALIZATION & DESIGN ACCURACY

  • All personalization details are printed exactly as entered during checkout. Please verify spelling, numbers, and capitalization before submitting.
  • Slight variations in color tone, scale, or print placement (±0.5”) may occur due to lighting, screens, and production methods.
  • Design adjustments or text changes after purchase must be approved by our production team and may require an additional fee.


3. SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP

  • Shipping Timeline: All orders ship after production is complete. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping speed depends on the selected carrier. Once shipped, transit time is typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.
  • Shipping Address: Please verify your address at checkout. PWRHAUS ELITE CHEER is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Marked “Delivered”: Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, liability transfers to the customer. For missing or stolen packages, contact your local carrier to file a claim.
  • Local Pickup (Forney, TX): Pickup is available by appointment only. The address and pickup instructions will be sent once your order is successfully completed. Please pick up within 7 days of notification.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS


  • All Sales Are Final. Because every item is made to order, no refunds or returns will be accepted for sizing issues, design changes, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email info@pwrhauselite.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll gladly replace or correct verified issues at our discretion.
  • Size Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our apparel, size exchanges are not guaranteed. If an exchange is approved, a new production cost and shipping fee will apply.

5. QUALITY & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fabric Care:

    • Turn garment inside out before washing.
    • Cold wash, gentle cycle only.
    • Hang dry only. Do not tumble dry.
    • Do not iron directly over printed or rhinestone areas.
    • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
  • Custom Finishes: Minor differences in rhinestone placement, glitter texture, or shimmer may occur and are considered normal.
  • Replacement Policy: Normal wear and tear or misuse (washing damage, heat exposure, etc.) is not covered under replacement.


6. PAYMENT & PRICING

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by state law.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and listed payment options available at checkout.
  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your order arrives damaged, take photos of both the packaging and the item immediately and email info@pwrhauselite.com within 3 business days.
  • For lost packages, contact your shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We’ll assist where possible but cannot issue replacements for items marked as delivered.


8. COMMUNICATION

All order updates and confirmations will be sent via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

9. SUMMARY

  • Custom orders: 10–14 business days minimum.
